Influencer & Brand Policy

1. Introduction

At Layali Social, we are committed to fostering authentic and mutually beneficial relationships between influencers and brands. This policy outlines the terms and expectations for collaborations, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and compliance with relevant regulations.

By engaging in a partnership with Layali Social, both influencers and brands agree to adhere to this policy.

2. Influencer Requirements

2.1 Eligibility

  • Influencers must have an active and engaged following on at least one major social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Must be at least 18 years old or provide parental/guardian consent if under 18.

  • Content must align with Layali Social’s brand values and ethical standards.

2.2 Content Guidelines

  • All sponsored content must be original, high-quality, and aligned with brand messaging.

  • Disclosure of partnerships is mandatory (e.g., #Ad, #Sponsored) in compliance with UAE advertising regulations.

  • Influencers must adhere to brand campaign briefs and deadlines.

  • Content must not include offensive, illegal, or misleading claims.

2.3 Exclusivity

  • Influencers may be required to avoid partnerships with competing brands for a specified period, depending on the campaign agreement.

  • Any exclusivity terms will be stated in the collaboration contract.

2.4 Compensation & Deliverables

  • Compensation will be based on engagement metrics, reach, and deliverables.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the collaboration agreement.

  • Any additional costs (travel, production expenses) must be approved in writing before reimbursement.

3. Brand Responsibilities

3.1 Campaign Guidelines

  • Brands must provide a clear and detailed campaign brief, including expectations, deadlines, and key messaging.

  • Brands agree to fair compensation and timely payments as per the agreement.

  • All content requests must align with ethical and legal advertising standards.

3.2 Product Gifting & PR Collaborations

  • If an influencer receives a gifted product, brands cannot require mandatory content creation unless agreed upon beforehand.

  • Paid collaborations must be clearly outlined in a contract.

3.3 Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Influencers retain copyright over original content unless otherwise agreed.

  • Brands may request usage rights for promotional purposes, subject to agreement.

  • Content repurposing (e.g., paid ads, website use) requires written approval and additional compensation if applicable.

4. Compliance & Regulations

4.1 Legal & Ethical Standards

  • All campaigns must comply with UAE media laws, consumer protection laws, and social media guidelines.

  • Influencers and brands must ensure content is truthful, transparent, and not misleading.

4.2 Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

  • Disclosure of non-public campaign details is prohibited unless approved in writing.

4.3 Termination of Agreement

  • Layali Social reserves the right to terminate collaborations if an influencer or brand violates policies, fails to meet deliverables, or engages in unethical behavior.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UAE laws.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Any concerns or disputes should first be addressed directly with Layali Social for resolution.

  • If an agreement is not reached, disputes will be handled according to UAE laws and regulations.
