Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At Layali Social, we strive to provide exceptional services in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and event management. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 14 days’ written notice for service cancellations.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the project start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total project fee.

  • Deposits made for services are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

  • If a service has already commenced, cancellations may not be permitted, and the full project fee may still apply.

2.2 Layali Social-Initiated Cancellations

  • Layali Social reserves the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to operational constraints, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill deliverables.

  • In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or may opt for a credit toward future services.

2.3 Brand Trips & Travel-Related Cancellations

  • For brand trips and influencer travel experiences, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance.

  • Cancellations made between 30-14 days before departure will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure are non-refundable.

  • If flights or accommodations have been booked in advance, cancellation fees will be subject to third-party provider policies.

  • Clients are responsible for any non-refundable costs associated with pre-booked flights, hotels, or event logistics.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unexpected cancellations.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • If Layali Social is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal issues.

  • If a client requests a refund within 7 days of service completion due to unsatisfactory results, subject to review.

  • If technical or operational failures from Layali Social prevent the service from being delivered as promised.

3.2 Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Completed influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, or event activations.

  • Digital marketing strategies or consulting services already delivered.

  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., influencer fees, venue bookings, advertisement expenses).

  • Flights, accommodations, or travel-related expenses paid to third-party vendors.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • Transaction fees incurred during payment processing may be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds should first be addressed through direct communication with Layali Social.

  • If a resolution is not reached, the dispute will be subject to UAE laws and handled in UAE courts.
